Campaign to Preserve the Stewart Library Building

Your donation or pledge will be doubled if made before the end of this year!

A local family of descendants of the Stewarts is matching donations and pledges made before December 31, 2015 by people with connections to the area, up to a total of $250,000!

SouthFaceQualifying donations will be matched now. Pledges will be matched as they are paid for up to 5 years if the offer of the pledge is signed and submitted before the end of December.

So far, the Building Preservation Group has raised over $185,000 of matchable donations and pledges. We need about $65,000 more before December 31 to take full advantage of the match. Please join us in the challenge. Give what you can to help meet this goal.

To donate, stop in the Corinna Town Office, or visit the web site CorinnaPreservation.org and click on the “Make a Donation” button to download a mail-in Gift/Pledge Form.

Through grants, town allocations, and fund raising, 1.7 million dollars has been raised for the project to restore and renovate the Stewart Library Building. We need a total of 3 million dollars to complete all the work needed and make the building sustainable. If we do this the right way the Stewart Library Building can last for another one hundred years or more. We hope you will join with us and make a donation to this effort.
