Installing the Glass

The glass for the curtain walls on the new addition to the Stewart Library Building arrived on site today. Workers have already put some of the smaller panels into the framing. If the weather doesn’t slow progress the glass installation should be complete by the end of this week.  …

Progress on New Addition

The new addition to the Stewart Library Building is taking shape. In this photo taken on January 20 you can see the steel structure in place and the yellow insulation material for the brick and trim has been attached. The open area that extends up the side will be glass….



Steel for the addition

The structural steel for the new addition arrived today. They are wasting no time. The four corners of the addition are already in place. The skeleton of the new structure and the stairway will go up over the next week or so. It will be an interesting process to watch….


Trim Color
